Assalam-o-Alaikum, I am miss tania, a passionate and dedicated tutor with a strong belief that teaching is not just a profession, it is a responsibility and an Amanah. My journey as a teacher started with a simple observation. I saw that many students are not weak in studies, they are just not taught according to their learning style. Some students learn by seeing, some by listening, and some by doing. My method of teaching is based on this understanding. I do not teach a whole class with one fixed method; I try to understand each child individually. *My Teaching Philosophy* My philosophy is very clear: "Clear Concept, Confidence, and Character." I do not believe in rote learning or rattafication. In my class, I never ask students to just memorize the answer without understanding. I explain the topic from the basic level, with daily life examples, so that even a weak student can understand easily. For me, if the concept is clear, marks will automatically come. Secondly, I work on confidence. Many students know the answer but they are afraid to speak in class. I create a friendly, safe, and respectful environment where every student is encouraged to ask questions. I always say to my students, "There is no silly question." I appreciate their small efforts, which builds their self-confidence. Thirdly, I focus on character and discipline. I believe a good student is not only one who gets 100% marks, but also one who is punctual, respectful, honest, and hardworking. I try to inculcate these values in my teaching. *My Method of Teaching* 1. *Concept-Based Learning:* I start every chapter from its introduction and basic concept. I use whiteboard, charts, diagrams, and sometimes videos to make the topic interesting. 2. *Interactive Classroom.
