About Abad Aslam
Abad Aslam is an educator, corporate trainer, resource person, and insight-driven writer whose work brings together academic instruction, corporate experience, and human development. He teaches Cambridge O/A Level Business and Economics, helping learners move beyond memorisation to build conceptual clarity, critical thinking, analytical ability and an understanding of real-world business and economic issues. He is the Founder of Abad Online Institute and creator of the TCM philosophy,Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring. He believes education should do more than prepare individuals for examinations; it should develop knowledge, strengthen capabilities and nurture character. Through TCM, he aims to make learning purposeful, practical and relevant to life. As a Resource Person associated with MPDD, PECTAA, H&PD and SWTI, Abad has facilitated hundreds of customised professional development sessions for government officers, educators, managers and professionals across Punjab. His sessions address leadership, management, motivation, professional effectiveness and human development, connecting ideas with practical workplace challenges. A Novartis alumnus, he brings 24 years of pharmaceutical-industry experience to his teaching and training. This corporate background provides practical insight into organisations, markets, people, strategy and performance, enabling him to connect academic concepts with professional realities. As an insight-driven writer, he explores education, business, leadership, human development, people, society and organisations. His writing questions assumptions, examines underlying causes and encourages thoughtful perspectives. Across classrooms, training rooms and writing, his purpose is consistent: to help people think more clearly, perform more effectively and grow as responsible individuals. He believes lasting progress occurs when knowledge is translated into action, and professional competence is guided by character.
