About Ayesha Iffat

Hi, I'm Aisha Iffat — an English language and literature teacher with three years of experience helping students not just pass their exams, but actually fall in love with the subject along the way. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Language from the National University of Modern Languages, and I'm currently pursuing my MPhil in English literature from GCU, which has deepened my understanding of literature and how to teach it in ways that actually stick. Over the years, I've competed in literary competitions across Pakistan and been recognized as a high achiever, and I'm proud to be a two-time CSS English Essay qualifier — an achievement that reflects the same rigor and precision I bring into every class I teach. But here's the thing: I don't believe in memorization. I believe in understanding. My classroom is relaxed, interactive, and built around real conversations. Because when students genuinely grasp a concept, they don't need to cram it, they can write about it, argue about it, and own it in their own words. Whether it's breaking down a Shakespearean sonnet or tackling a tricky comprehension paper, I focus on building the actual skill behind the answer, not just the answer itself. My teaching style is exam-focused but never dull — I want my students walking into their exams confident, not anxious, because they've actually understood what they're doing, not just memorized how to do it.
