Good morning, everyone. My name is Syeda Sidra Khalid, and I am an educationist and education management professional with experience in academic leadership, school administration, and human resource management. Currently, I am serving as Director Academics at Hira Public Schools, Idara Tameer-e-Nau, Sukkur, where I am responsible for academic planning, curriculum development, teacher recruitment, staff training, and monitoring academic standards across campuses. Before taking on this role, I served as a School Principal, where I gained valuable experience in school development, team management, student learning, and institutional improvement. I believe that quality education requires effective leadership, committed teachers, and a well-structured academic system. My professional goal is to contribute to the development of an educational environment where both teachers and students can grow, perform, and achieve their full potential.
